  • Walk in Customer Assistant Manager (PADANG - PEKANBARU)


Kualifikasi:

  • 25 - 35 Yo
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in INSURANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • GOOD LOOKING & REPRESENTATIVE
  • Honest
  • conscientious
  • Able to communicate well
  • Able to operate computer (Ms.Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Having an understanding of health / medical insurance Communication skills
  • Presentasion Skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
  1. Perform approval on the claims made by the staff of walk-in customers
  2. To receive and follow up on customer questions that do walk in
  3. To supervise the performance of the staff walk-in customers
  4. Handling customer complaints to the question
  5. Establish registration and management of operational funds office
  6. Coordinate with other teams in the region (regional office and marketing office)
  7. To coordinate with the service team at Head Office
  8. To follow up on the case has not been completed and delivered back to the customer
  9. Set up a letter of assignment and completeness of the data of official travel
  10. Perform monthly data summary submitted to the team HO (staff absences, leave application and operating costs)
  11. Create a report / information on provider visits and follow-up on such visits each month
  12. To disseminate health services for participants in the provider BNI Life Insurance
  13. To coordinate with team tele-claims provider to monitor the payment of outstanding claims and follow up on the claims that are still terpending
